We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, but we do not warrant that all information (including opening hours or "24/7" status) is always up to date.

Businesses may request changes to their listings or ask to be added or removed by contacting us at contact@night27.com.

Featured or paid listings are clearly designated (for example, via "Featured" badges or priority placement). Paid features do not affect our basic obligation to present information honestly.

4. No endorsement or guarantees

Inclusion of a business on Night27 does not constitute our endorsement or guarantee of that business. You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions with any business listed on the Site.

We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business, and we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the services or products they provide.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated:

• All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, layout, and curation of listings, is owned by or licensed to Night27 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may view and use the Site for your own personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
• Business names, logos, and trademarks appearing in listings remain the property of their respective owners.

6. User submissions

If you submit information to us (for example, to suggest a listing, claim a profile, or correct hours), you:

• Confirm that you have the right to provide that information.
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and adapt the information on the Site and in materials related to Night27.
